OTHER FEATURE ARTICLES

Image magazine

In March 2023 I spoke to Image magazine, in partnership with Range Rover, about taking the driver’s seat in your career journey.

We discussed some practical steps to taking control of your career, and how finding purpose in your career shouldn’t just be a dream, but an everyday luxury that all of us can enjoy.

Independent.ie

In January 2022, I wrote an article for Independent.ie sharing how the personal tragedies I experienced led me to reinvent myself and my career, and how you can make similar changes in your own life.

Irish Country Magazine

In this article I shared my journey of writing my first book with Irish Country Magazine and interviewed four stalwarts within the book writing industry on what to do from 'writing to publishing'.

THe Irish Times

This article was published during the pandemic when I had seen a sharp increase in calls from new clients, all looking to make significant changes to their lives.

Covid had given people time to re-evaluate and to think about things differently and with real clarity. Slowing down and escaping the busyness of life had allowed people to reconnect with themselves and what we want and what we don’t.

The fright of return: how do we get back to where we were?’

In May 2020, the Business Post asked me to share my thoughts around navigating uncertainty and change, as the country prepared for the phased lifting of restrictions and a return to work.

IMAGE MAGAZINE

I was interviewed for Image Magazine about how to get the most from a coaching experience.

It’s a common misconception that a coach is there to ‘fix’ you, but nobody can transform or change you except you. Instead you can expect a coach to offer guidance and direction, help you see things from a fresh perspective, and help you to remove fears and limiting beliefs.

When choosing a coach it will really help if you know what your desired outcome is. Then do your research, read the potential coaches blog and articles, visit their website and social media to get a feel for who they are and what they stand for, and read their testimonials. Remember, you are making an investment in your future, so always setup a call with you potential coach to talk to them about what you need and see if what they offer resonates with you.
