I began working with Niamh at the end of 2022. At that stage my idea was at the very early stages. I see now that I was having a crisis of confidence and while I believed in the idea, I didn’t believe in myself to bring it to life.

Get crystal-clear on your vision for your business. What it is you want to create, why do you want this and why does it matter so much to you? What is it you want to achieve and how will you feel when you get there? Discover exactly what is stopping you, and getting in your way, so that you can fully focus on what you want for your business. What will success look like for you: your targets, goals and the all important financials. Getting clear on all of this always reflects in sales later on.
CONNECTION
Who exactly is it that you want to serve (not to be confused with who it is you think you should serve!)? What do you know about them? Where are they online? When we engage in this type of information gathering, we learn just how we should speak to them, the language, the tone and the style of our communication in a way that builds trust. You will understand what’s really happening in your market place so you can see where it is you want to position yourself.
MESSAGING
Working with you to create your aligned key brand messaging. Are you presenting yourself to the world in your most authentic way? Are you showing them who you are and how it is you can help them? Are you speaking directly to your ideal clients? You’ll also learn how to share your message online, on social media, your website, newsletters and sales pages.
DEVELOPING YOUR OFFERS & SERVICES
Working on your menu of services and developing a suite of exceptional offerings, products and services; for example, group programmes, recurring revenue, events, workshops, memberships and of course working 1-1 with clients. We’ll design your personalised Value Ladder which will map out all your services from free content to your most expensive offering. We will create a content plan and identify how and where you can use and repurpose your content to build deeper relationships with your clients.
SYSTEMS & PROCESSES
Business does not have to be complicated. You’ll learn how to establish the firm foundations so that your business can thrive; including finance, technology, online systems and automations. You’ll discover how setting up and building your own email list is a key component when it comes to developing one of your most important business assets. How to explore outsourcing and determine what support your business needs to continue to grow, as well as considering launch strategies.
VISIBILITY
Developing a marketing and communications strategy that best represents your business and still feels comfortable for you. Tailoring to your personality type, we will look at how you should promote your services, market your business, and get yourself out there to be seen. Not everyone likes this level of exposure, and there are many ways we can get around this too, but people need to know what you are selling and where they can find you!
STRATEGY MEETS SOUL
The importance of mindset and energetic work – even in your business! I’m sorry if you were hoping to avoid this piece but you can’t build a successful business if your mindset is not in the right place. You can’t believe in your business if you don’t believe in yourself or your clients. We can’t ignore this part but we will make it interesting and fun!
Be prepared to commit to 6 x 60-minute Live Zoom sessions and 2-3 hours of monthly work on your business strategy and implementation of your learnings from our sessions, in between our live Zoom calls. You’ll have access to messaging support from me in between sessions during the hours of 10-1 Monday – Thursday.
Also please note some of my clients may avail of a hybrid version of both my Business Mentoring and 1-1 Coaching which is entirely possible.
